I’ve joined the Permanent team at INSIDE where I work alongside the consultants, supporting them with searches while ensuring our high-quality and seamless recruitment process is upheld.

 

I come from an advisory background where I worked across psychometric assessment, succession, organisational design, and leadership development.

I am a people person and draw my energy from being around others – being able to connect and build meaningful relationships with candidates is what has led me to the world of recruitment. I am passionate about finding and connecting someone to the right role as I believe this can be a life changing experience for them.

 

Outside of work you will find me at the gym, doing a Pilates class, exploring a walking track, at the beach, diving or trying out a new eatery with my Fiancé.
