My role at INSIDE sees me leading a team of specialist contract recruiters with a focus in the Professional Services space. This spans the world of Human Resources, Finance and Commercial roles. I am passionate about working closely with my clients to solve their immediate needs for outstanding contract resources, whether it be due to large programmes of work triggering a need for contractors to back fill roles, or clients gearing up to deliver on new initiatives across the sector, creating a need for both short and long term contract expertise.

I love partnering with my clients and really getting under the bonnet of their organisation to understand their technical requirements, and just as importantly the right fit for the contractor and the client.

I enjoy taking the time to get to know both my clients and candidates, and my happy place is when I have enabled our contractors to thrive and further develop their skills in interesting environments, and when I help my clients during a time of need.

I have worked in recruitment across a variety of sectors and disciplines for many years, I love what I do and still find myself learning something new every day.

Outside of work I have a busy homelife with three children who keep my husband and I on our toes, challenging at times but rewarding! I love a good run and a walk with our dog Poppy and love winter for the joy of skiing despite the cold. Spending time with my friends and family and a good book is my happy spot.
