Troy and I founded INSIDE in 2009 with the purpose of building an organisation that delivered a highly personalised service, embedded with quality, and delivered by people with experience, expertise and impeccable standards – something we are both very proud to have achieved.

After completing a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canterbury, I commenced my career in Accounting and became a Fellow of the Accountants of Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ). I then moved into executive recruitment in 1997, working for both a large multinational and a national private recruitment firm.

Here at INSIDE, I lead the Executive Search business. With extensive experience across multiple disciplines and industry sectors, I like to challenge the status quo by way of innovation and creativity, in all aspects of the recruitment process. Something that sets me apart from the rest of the recruitment industry is my ability to bring candor, market insights and provide reputational evidence on candidates to my clients. 

Outside of recruitment, I am a life member of Pillars (a charity program for children of prisoners) where I mentor a young man and am a key supporter of the broader organisation. I am also a registered Justice of the Peace.
