Here at INSIDE, I lead the team of senior, specialist recruiters in the Permanent Recruitment practice across Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. As well as this, I also lead our Virtual Recruitment service nationally, partnering with organisations to deliver a robust, modern, and efficient recruitment experience for people internally and externally. Overall, my main focus is providing oversight of the delivery of leadership and specialist roles within public and private sectors.

I spend a lot of my time coaching senior professionals on the importance of identifying their core values, drivers and help them to develop their networks within organisations whose purpose and culture aligns to that of the candidates. I have also gained accreditation on the interpretation of Psychometric Assessments through OPRA Consulting Group and practical experience in analyzing and reporting psychometric assessments.

Outside of work I like to keep busy through spending time with my kids sports, in particular coaching my son’s football and being an active supporter of my daughters gymnastics and netball. I am happiest when I am running in the bush and cooking for my beautiful whanau. I also love music and playing guitar (when I can find the time!).
