Having worked in the HR profession for over 20 years, it is my privilege to lead INSIDE Consulting. My career has provided me with the opportunity of working with clients from across Aotearoa and other parts of the world in the design and implementation of people solutions that make a real difference.

The proposition of INSIDE Consulting is something I am extremely passionate about as we work with clients to help them workout and outwork their purpose, positioning them and their people to thrive. While focussing on maintaining healthy relationships with our clients, I am also involved in the design and delivery of solutions for our clients – primarily in the areas of organisational design and change management, people strategy, culture and leadership development.

Outside of work I enjoy getting out mountain biking, golf, sitting outside in a bean bag with a coffee (or beer) and good book. My wife and I have three kids which also sees a fair bit of time being spent operating the family taxi service. Life is full but fun and I would have it no other way.
