With extensive recruitment experience gained in New Zealand and Australia, I have led successful teams and recruited across diverse industries and specialisations such as infrastructure, technology, transformation and construction. I possess deep technical recruitment knowledge, having placed many highly skilled senior executive roles for businesses nationwide.

At INSIDE, I work on the Business Transformation team, focusing on recruiting Programme Managers, Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, PMO/EPMO Managers, and Project Coordination roles. 

After relocating to my hometown of Christchurch, I now work remotely but travel regularly to our Wellington head office, as the in-person aspect of recruitment remains crucial.

As a working mother, I'm passionate about creating flexible work arrangements, such as contract and fixed-term opportunities, to support working parents. I recognize that high-quality work is not solely dependent on traditional office hours, as this segment of the workforce is exceptionally focused, hardworking, and reliable. Additionally, I'm deeply committed to diversity and inclusion, and enjoy collaborating with organisations to foster more inclusive workplaces.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, practicing yoga, hiking, attending live music concerts, and traveling.
