After working as a classroom teacher for seven years’, I moved into education recruitment in 2011. Since then, I have recruited across a number of sectors in the UK and New Zealand, still always maintaining my passion of education.

At INSIDE, I specialise in permanent Senior Leadership and Technical recruitment with an active interest in Government, Finance, Health and Education. From placing a number of CFOs across the private and public sector as well as successfully supporting organisations on technical pharmaceutical roles I enjoy managing a diverse portfolio where organisations are focused on finding the right balance of technical competencies, personal competencies and cultural fit. During my time at INSIDE, I’ve built up an extensive network of senior leaders in Wellington across the private and public sector.

The best thing about working at INSIDE for me is I have the opportunity to truly partner with organisations to help them find the best people. This starts at role scoping and goes right through to delivery.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two young children. When I get additional spare time, I’m an avid guitarist, reader and test cricket tragic.
