I have been consulting since 2005, in a broad range of roles in New Zealand, Australia and the UK. In 2010 I moved back to Wellington and found the world of Business Transformation Contracting and have specialised in this sector in Wellington ever since. 

I have worked both in an internal capacity within central government, a crown entity and externally working for a portfolio of clients. The Business Transformation market is maturing at rapid speeds with new methodology, skill sets, and frameworks being designed. It’s a genuine interest of mine to always keep learning. I like to ensure I’m up to date with the current change programmes, and equally who the best contractors are and when they are available to provide relevant market intel to my clients and contractors alike, to help with their recruitment related decisions. I have worked with many of my contractors on multiple assignments, so am able to provide people who are known and trusted. 

My mantra is always to treat others as you wish to be treated and to provide a true consulting service, with a key focus on ensuring not only the technical skills are there but, equally as important, the fit is right for success.  

I love living in Wellington and am lucky to have my family local. I spend most of my time outside of work with my daughter and husband and wider family and friends. When I get time alone, its spent trail running, surfcasting, and going on bush walks, with a desire to tick off some great walks!
