Since co-founding INSIDE Recruitment with Dale in 2009, INSIDE has grown and so have I - still loving recruitment and all the people I meet. As the Managing Partner, I am at the forefront of people and account engagement, coupling this with the operational leadership of INSIDE and our wonderful team. I remain very much connected with Leadership and Specialist clients and candidates, opening doors and connecting people wherever I can.

Outside of the office I regularly compete in Triathlon's, multisport and off-road adventures and balance this with family adventures where my two boys push me along.
