Having worked in the HR profession for over 15 years, both in the private and public sector, I am grateful to now be part of the
INSIDE Consulting Team in my role as Engagement Lead.
Through my career, I have always been passionate and inspired by establishing effective and sustainable working relationships within organisations that enable not only people but organisations to unlock growth and potential for them to thrive with purpose and achieve their goals. Relationships with dignity and respect underpin everything we do, from what we do, why we do it and how we do it.
Bringing these principles into my role at
INSIDE Consulting, I am energised to bring these to life with our clients in partnering with them to co-design and deliver sustainable and effective solutions predominantly in the areas of organisational design, change management, culture, people strategy and leadership development.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends making the most of the outdoors on glorious sunny days!
I am in my ultimate happy place running around beautiful coastal and native bush tracks, hiking, and cycling, where I get to take in Aotearoa’s inspiring landscape.
