I joined the INSIDE Consulting team, in March 2023 as a Delivery Partner, bringing 15+ years experience working in people advisory and partnering roles supporting leaders at all levels across the public sector. 

I have a strong generalist HR background and a passion for delivering people change programmes. During my career I have worked across more than ten significant change programmes delivering transformational change. I thrive in fast paced project environments, love to deliver, and enjoy problem solving.

I believe it’s essential we quickly connect and build strong trusted relationships with our clients to understand the problems and challenges they are facing, then work with them to design and deliver people-centred solutions that work.  

When I’m not working you can find me enjoying the outdoors with my dog, planning my next holiday, or spending time with friends and family, enjoying all that Wellington has to offer.
