About the role:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit, high-performing team as the Finance Manager. This key position is responsible for maintaining the firm’s overall financial health and operational efficiency, overseeing all aspects of financial management, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow oversight, and payroll processing.

There is a significant opportunity to facilitate a smooth transition to new financial systems by working closely with internal stakeholders to integrate processes and improve benchmarking and analytics. This will also include identifying opportunities to make workflows leaner, more accurate, and highly efficient.

You will also ideally have:
- 5+ years' commercial experience in a Finance role preparing financial statements and processing accounting transactions
- Bachelor of Accounting or equivalent education / experience
- Knowledge of NZ Payroll legislation and the Holidays Act
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
- Ability to use PowerBI, data analytics, and advanced excel
